Juggling electro and techno influences atop a decidedly house-oriented frame, Chris Lake has been creating well-received club tracks from his hometown of London since 2001. Around 2005, his breakthrough tracks such as "Release" and "One Too Many" resonated with both club-goers and his producer cohorts, including Sasha, Sander Kleinenberg and Carl Cox, who all openly championed Lake's ultra chic compositions. The following years only saw his reputation grow stronger as Lake began to collaborate with heavy-hitters such as Deadmau5 and Sebastien Leger, while remixing the work of Kylie Minogue, Lily Allen and Mark Ronson. His progressive house style continues to regularly pack dance floors in the UK and throughout much of the rest of the world.
