Chinese cuisine has long embraced what many in the UK are only just discovering – that you get more with bite-sized dishes. In this hands-on course, you will be taken on a journey of discovery to learn about the different styles of dim sum and the specialist ingredients needed for them, before preparing and cooking your own using a traditional steamer basket over a wok.You will work in pairs but everyone will learn to create siu mai, a type of open wonton, and learn various folds for dumplings with different flavourings and fillings.What previous participants said: “Amazing class, thank you so much!
