Have fun using splashes of colour and decorating techniques, make a mess with handmade liquid 70% chocolate, flavour with oils and inclusions and twist and flip for the moment of truth.This is a fun and indulgent workshop that nevertheless has ethics at its core – a chocolate class you can feel truly good about enjoying.
