At Heumarkt, during the two weeks in spring of the Weinwoche, you can drink, taste and buy wines at various stands. There's not much more to explain. The event is always well attended, and nearly every tourist comes away with one or several bottles. Most stands sell very good German wines from the Rhine and Mosel areas. There is no limit to the variety of different wines, or to the prices!
