The Tiger is the moniker of the sports teams at Colorado College. The school competes in Division III except for its two most notable programs, the men's ice hockey team and the women's soccer team, which compete in the Division I National Collegiate Hockey Conference and Division I Mountain West Conference respectively. The Tiger's men's ice hockey team has produced several professional NHL players, including Ryan Back, Tom Preissing and Jim Warner.
