AfroCardio Dance Fitness - Move Your Feet To The Afro Beat!
AfroCardio is a one-of-a-kind dance fitness workshop. This invigorating, uplifting workshop is taught by Certified Group Fitness Instructor Ashia J.
AshiaJ AfroCardio, LLC brings a unique Afrocentric experience to dance fitness where participants will learn Afro Beat dance moves along with signature cardio training dance moves that help shred the core, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility.
No dance or fitness experience is needed for this fun, energetic workshop. ALL levels are encouraged to participate.
AfroCardio is where health and wellness meets fitness and culture. Ashia J brings people together from diverse backgrounds to embrace their wellness journey while taking them on a journey of dance culture.
What to know before you go:
This is planned as an outdoor program; however an inside program room will be available in the event of inclement weather. Wear comfortable clothing and come dressed for the weather Wear comfortable supportive sneakers - no flip-flops or sandals Bring water to stay hydrated You may want sunscreen, bug spray and/or a hat for outdoors
This program is for those age 14 through adults. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
