Recycled Percussion is a junk rock band from Manchester, New Hampshire, that is best known for its use of recycled objects such as ladders, pots and pans as percussion instruments. The energetic group got its start as a high school talent show act and would soon achieve a certain local fame for the band's interesting and decidedly "earth-friendly" idea of using recycled objects to create music. Realizing that they were sitting on the opportunity of a lifetime, the members of Recycled Percussion entered NBC's hit televised talent show America's Got Talent during the series' fourth season, ultimately being voted third place out of the countless acts they competed against over the course of the season.
