George Wallace is a stand-up comedian and actor from Atlanta, Georgia, who has been ranked by the Comedy Central network as one of the 100 Greatest Stand-Ups of All Time. Armed with the dream of becoming a world-class stand-up comic since his early teens, Wallace has not only achieved his dream, but has gone places as a comedian he never would have conceived as a young man. Since getting his start in the late 1970s working with his friend and now world-renowned comedian Jerry Seinfeld, George Wallace has performed a several iconic stand-up sets, opened for legendary entertainers such as George Benson, Diana Ross and Smokey Robinson, and spawned numerous signature jokes that still hold an esteemed place in the American canon of comedy.
