A long-running Syracuse tradition, St. Elias Church's has been hosting the Middle Eastern Cultural Festival since 1937. There is much to do and see at this three-day event: enjoy freshly made Arabic food and drink, listen to live Arabic music, and delight in the cultural dances put on by the church's youth groups. Visit the marketplace and browse various oriental rugs, jewelry and cookbooks. There's also a playground for the kids. Parking and entry to the festival is free.
