VIP Tables also come with a designated server for the evening, a special bottle on the table, a guest goody bag, and the best location in the event.Why it’s importantThe Vancouver Maritime Museum is a gathering place for communities to reflect on maritime history and culture, and it includes themes of immigration, reconciliation, climate change and stories of adventure and survival. As the primary local repository for maritime history on the West Coast, objects and belongings in the collection include photographs, navigational tools, Inuit art, books, charts, posters, and uniforms that touch on naval history, the Vancouver waterfront, shipping, recreational watercraft, and marine harvesting. The Vancouver Maritime Museum houses over 15,000 objects, 12,000 books, and 60 meters of archival material either in storage or on exhibit and is home to the iconic vessel, the St. Roch.Participating in this event supports our dynamic programming activities and our commitment to reconciliation, inclusion, access, and ongoing conservation work.Your donation helps us continue our vital work and expands our capacity to reach more communities with our exhibits and programs.
