Why run a regular course when you can run the 5k Foam Fest? The fun run features all kinds of activities for participants ages eight and over, including, but not limited to, rope climbs, mega slides, mud crawls, log rolls, and, of course, foam, foam, and more foam. All in all, there are over 22 obstacles to best at the event. First launched in 2014, the 5k Foam Fest now boasts several dozen locations in the US and Canada.
