Steppenwolf Theatres

Home to the popular Steppenwolf Theatre Company, Steppenwolf Theatres is a premier performing arts venue situated in the heart of Chicago. This state-of-the-art theater is home to three smaller venues namely The Steppenwolf Downstairs Theatre, The Steppenwolf Upstairs Theatre and The 1700 Theatre that together play host to everything from theatrical productions and concerts to musicals and dance shows. The Steppenwolf Downstairs Theatre, that can seat up to 515 people, is used for hosting bigger plays while The Steppenwolf Upstairs Theatre that can seat up to 299 people and The 80-seater 1700 Theatre are used for hosting smaller productions.
