Nestled in the heart of Fredericton, MOCO Downtown serves brunch, lunch, and dinner in a space that wonderfully blends of an array of rustic and contemporary furnishings. The restaurant was established in the year 2012 by experienced restaurateur and chef Brian Foster and his wife and General Manager Shawna. MOCO specializes in Italian cuisine and is primarily known for its artisanal pasta, and homestyle desserts. The Mushroom Ravioli and the Vanilla Crème Brûlée are two of its best-rated dishes.
