Scalateatern

In 1918, Scalateatern was founded on the intimate theatre premises that was known as Pallasteatern. During the period of 1934-1940, the location was used as a movie theatre called Carlton. In 1941, Scalateatern opened with Musikaliska Klubben, with Sven Paddock and Nils Perne. These two men personified the revues that were performed at Scala until the end of the Fifties. Today, the performances range from children's theatre to cabaret.
