Set outdoors with the scenic Lake Michigan in full view, the American Family Insurance Amphitheater plays host to some of the biggest bands in Milwaukee. It is a good-sized amphitheater with a seating capacity for about 23000 people. If that area is occupied, then move over to the grass seats. Big names such as Bob Dylan, Paul Simon and R. Kelly have graced the stage here. From rock to pop, to funk and fusion, it is a concert venue for all kinds of music. Large projection screens make it easier for the viewers to see their favorites on stage. The Summerfest is a gig to watch out for here, as it is extremely popular with music fans.
