Located to the south of the Blindern Campus, Chateau Neuf houses one of the oldest societies of Norway, The Norwegian Student's society. The name literally means " New Castle" and the building is completely run by the students. Chateau Nuef houses two bars, concert and theater venues and a cinema hall. The venue is often used for cultural purposes.
