Fredriksdalsteatern, housed in the Fredriksdals Air Museum, is a gorgeous baroque-styled open-air theater. Since 1927, the place has charmed audiences with its wide array of theater presentations, from rib-tickling comedies to heart-wrenching tragedies and more. Fredriksdals' stage, foyer and parlor amidst splendid scenery is reminiscent of a French amphitheater. Some of the classics staged here include Shakespeare's "Twelfth Night", Gunilla Poppe's "The Hero of the Sound" and many more of the like. Open only during summer, Fredriksdalsteatern is worth a visit. Call for booking tickets.
