Founded in the year 1908 and built to the designs of George G. Adams, Rochester Opera House has served as the one of the city's prime performing arts venues. The non-profit cultural space boasts of an eclectic schedule for teenagers, students, families and adults. In the past, it has played venue to such noted concerts and galas by acclaimed singers and bands like Southside Johny and Asbury Jukes, Le Ann Rimes, Motor City Fever and Natalie MacMaster, among several others.
