Considered the best zoo in France, Zooparc de Beauval is home to a large variety of animals from giant pandas to manatees, including birds of several species. The zoo has a number of shows scheduled throughout the day including a special bird show and a show with sea lions. The 38 foot high equatorial dome is an impressive effort to raise global awareness of the fragility of the eco-systems around us and showcases how dozens of species of animals live in harmony amid the abundant exotic vegetation that is recreated within the dome to reflect their natural environment.
