Showcasing the finest in independent film and foreign language cinema, the Guild Theatre is not your average movie house. Originally built as a burlesque house and converted to a movie theater in the 1940s, it is one of the oldest running theaters on the Peninsula. It includes a very unique feature of two giant golden wings on either side of its gloriously large film screen. Although the place was renovated recently, it still maintains its charm.
