IN, United States
The 2nd largest city in Indiana's Porter County, Valparaiso was the site where the native Potawatomi Indians lived until their land was taken over by the Settlers. This city which literally translates into "Valley of Paradise" in Spanish was also referred to as the "City of Churches" owing to the large number of churches all over. Musical theater and street theater are associated with Valparaiso's culture which embraces the visual and performing arts wholeheartedly. A number of well-pruned parks, forests, nature trails, woods and lakes provide recreation to visitors and locals so make sure to visit sometime.
