Part of the Tuscola County, Caro traces its origins to the year 1852 when a white Settler Samuel Sherman bought land here. Since then the city has come a long way and is one of the nicest places to live in. The Tuscola County Pumpkin Festival is also a big draw along with National Holiday celebrations that are observed here.
