Juleum Novum situated in the heart of Helmstedt is a renaissance style palatial building built in the late 16th century. The building, painted in dark brown, features large, ornate glass windows with small sculptures and intricate designs. This historic building also features a pointed tower next to it which provides a stunning view of the neighborhood from the watch station on top. Juleum Novum features a museum, a library and event venues making it the socio-cultural hub of the city.
