Leisureland is located in Salthill, just minutes from Galway city center, with views of Galway Bay. It contains swimming facilities and outdoor amusement facilities, such as a playground, slides, a miniature train and "crazy" golf. The swimming pool contains a Treasure Cove section, water-spouting serpents and a jacuzzi where adults can relax while toddlers play nearby in the beach pool. For the more adventurous there is a 65 meters waterslide. Wheelchairs can be wheeled into the pool area straight from the car park. A small café overlooks the pool, where you can sit and enjoy a snack or meal after a swim. Public access times vary; ring the center before setting out.
