Located on the banks of the Delaware River, the Talen Energy Stadium officially opened its doors in the year 2010 and is the heart of soccer in the city. This multi-purpose facility is home to the Philadelphia Union and also hosts Major League Soccer games, university sports championships, Rugby Championships, and many major music concerts. The stadium is super modern and also features a restaurant and plenty of concession stands that serve snacks, meals, and refreshing drinks. The Talen Energy Stadium is a great place to enjoy a game and is a must visit when in the city.
