April 25th is the National Day of Remembrance in Australia and New Zealand to commemorate the soldiers who were lost in battle in The First World War. This is a big event in Washington DC as well for all the Australian and New Zealanders who live in the United States. They usually have a service at dawn to pay reverence to the martyred soldiers.
