Russ Liquid

Russ Liquid is the stage name of a Portland-based musician who is classically trained in piano and multiple horn instruments. Despite this background, Russ Liquid chose to go down the path of dubtronica, setting himself apart from the throngs of other electronic DJs by incorporating live instrumentation---provided by the instruments he was classically trained in. The result is a funk-driven, bass-heavy form of electronic music ideal for the dance floor.
