The Lansing Lugnuts is an American minor league baseball team that competes in the Eastern Division of the Midwest League. Founded in 1955 , the club currently acts as the Class A affiliate for the Toronto Blue Jays and has seen a number of star MLB players pass through its system, including Carlos Beltran, Carlos Zambrano and Jeremy Affeldt. The team hosts its home games at Cooley Law School Stadium in Lansing, Michigan.
