Based in Ontario, Canada My Darkest Days is an alternative rock band that makes a mix of post-grunge and hard rock music. Formed in 2005, the band was signed to Nickelback front-man Chad Kroeger's label after capturing Kroeger's attention with a demo. My Darkest Days released its self-titled debut album in 2010, followed by its 2012 sophomore album, Sick and Twisted Affair.
