Pete Escovedo

Pete Escovedo is a Mexican-American percussionist who initially began his music career as a percussionist for Santana. Eventually striking out on his own, Escovedo would release his debut album, Solo Two, in 1977. Though Escovedo has continued to release LPs over his decades long career, he has truly distinguished himself as a stage musician with a flamboyant playing style that brings to light his natural performance ability.
