After listening to Flogging Molly, one gets the impression that the band was spawned from the back ally pubs of Ireland. The band's penchant for mixing Celtic instrumentation with punk rock stylings make for a unique sound. The band was formed in Los Angeles, but despite their cultural origins, the members of Flogging Molly make some of the best Gaelic head-banging music.
