Quixotic

Kansas City-based performance troupe Quixotic blends a wide variety of elements into its live performances, incorporating artistic direction from innovators in dance, electronic music, visual arts and technology. With the hopes of engaging the audience in a full sensory experience, Quixotic utilizes aerobatics, contemporary dance, film projection, live music--instruments and laptop production--and performance art. The ensemble's performances, which first began in 2004, are usually site-specific and ask for audience participation.
