Suzi Ruffell is a British comedian and writer. Born in Portsmouth in Hampshire, she first got into stand-up comedy in 2008. However, she only started pursuing it professionally in 2012. Over the course of her career, she has embarked on numerous solo tours across the UK, and has also performed with the likes of Alan Carr, Romesh Ranganathan and Joe Lycett.
