Ardal O'Hanlon is an Irish comedian and actor who's known for fostering Dublin's fledgling comedy scene in the early 1990s. Founding the International Comedy Cellar on Dublin's well known South Wicklow Street, O'Hanlon would pursue bringing interesting talent over from England as well as foster younger Irish comedians and help them with their stand-up delivery. In addition to performing regularly and being somewhat a face of the Dublin comedy scene, O'Hanlon has also appeared on several television sitcoms, including Father Ted and My Hero.
