Dominant Legs

San Francisco native Ryan William Lynch, lead singer/songwriter for the band Dominant Legs, makes an interesting style of supercharged DIY indie pop that has gained significant popularity in the Bay Area. With slightly funky guitar riffs and electronically pulsating drum beats, Lynch's music manages to be somehow funky and melancholy at the same time. Lacking any pervasive messages or dark themes, but instead full of bright instrumentals and the occasional vintage analog synth line, Dominant Legs manages to make memorable music that's easy to listen to.
