Arsenal

Arsenal Football Club is a professional football team based in the Holloway district of London. One of the most esteemed clubs in English football history, the team plays in the Premier League, the top tier of English football. Arsenal was founded in 1886 and in 1893 it became the first team from southern England to join The Football League. Arsenal first tasted success with an FA Cup win in the 1929-30. It would follow that up by winning the the league the next season and set itself on course to becoming one of England's most dominant forces. Apart from holding a record number of FA Cup titles, it is also the only English club that has won the Premier League without losing a game - a feat that earned it a golden trophy and the title of "The Invincibles". Over the years several legendary footballers such as Thierry Henry, Tony Adams, Dennis Bergkamp and Robin Van Persie have donned the red and white shirt of Arsenal.
