The Dublin Legends is one of the more revered traditional Celtic bands that's still touring and releasing music. Performing its first show at O'Donoghue's Pub in Dublin in 1962, the group -- comprised of instrumentalists playing banjo, guitar, mandolin, tin whistle and melodeon -- has spent its decades long career traveling the world and delivering its characteristic style of Irish folk music to audiences everywhere. Though The Dublin Legends primarily fills its sets with quintessentially historic Celtic songs, the band also throws in original compositions that help provide its performances with a hit of modernity.
