Racing Strasbourg

RC Strasbourg Alsace is a club with roots that dig deep within the history of France. Founded in 1906, when the city of Strasbourg was a part of the German Empire, the club's troubled location meant that it had to change its nationality several times in its history. Long time members of the French league system, it is one of the few clubs to have won all major domestic trophies. It is also one of the record holders for the most number of top flight games played, however its history also includes a number of heart-breaking relegations. Stade de la Meinau has been RC Strasbourg Alsace's home since 1914 and has been witness to a number of magical moments of football.
