Nubla is the project name for Lucía Carlevaro, a singer/songwriter from Barcelona, Spain who is beginning to see her recognition spread from her home country and into hearts and minds of new fans throughout the world. Since the release of her minimalistic downtempo debut album Voayeur in 2005, Nubla began to see her fame within Spain's independent music scene grow by leaps and bounds. Nubla's style is decidedly laid back--relying on sultry piano and bass backup lines to communicate her darkly romantic poetry in a way that has her ever-growing number of fans hooked.
