Théâtre du Balcon

This theatre presents several different companies throughout the year to audiences who have the added advantage of very comfortable seats. During the last few seasons, programmes have featured writers from the South, particularly Latin countries. However, the theatre hasn't abandoned local culture, as demonstrated by the production of the Dernier Bouffon (The Last Jester) by Philippe Coulomb, dean of the Science Faculty in Avignon. It's a theatrical repertoire that's always worth following closely.
