Santa Fe National Historic Trail

The Santa Fe National Historic Trail is one of the most significant trails in the United States. It was originally a 19th-century route for transportation and passes through five U.S. states. Governed by the National Park Service, it was originally established in 1821. It was the first International trade route between the U.S.A. and Mexico and has gained tremendous historical importance over the years.
