The Delta Mirror

The Delta Mirror is an experimental electronic music trio from Los Angeles that has been making waves on the scene since the release of their debut LP Machines That Listen in 2010. Given that all three members of The Delta Mirror come from hip-hop backgrounds, it makes it all the more interesting to consider the trio's strangely sterile take on shoegaze and electronic music. However, The Delta Mirror mixes hospital-esque, ambient electronic music amazingly well, and its members' choice switch to an experimental medium for their complex narratives was as auspicious as it was ambitious.
