Karl Denson

After a successful career as a backup jazz instrumentalist and soloist for top acts, such as Lenny Kravitz's Band, Karl Denson decided to focus primarily on leading his own jam band, Tiny Universe. Denson's new band seeks to blend jazz and funk in new and interesting ways. As he leads a jam band, audiences are always in for a few musical surprises while these experienced musicians riff and draw on each other's musical ideas in real time.
