With the high level of drug trading and gang violence that has been thrust to the forefront of media attention, Brazil has grown to be known as a haven for elicit activities and vice-friendly individuals. Some people are undoubtedly trying to change this, though. They want to let people, who are unfamiliar and who have never been to Brazil, know that the county isn't only a breeding ground for drug trafficking and street warfare, but also a lovely place where love triumphs and culture thrives. The Brazilian modern folk-inspired rock group Sinamantes seems to perfectly encapsulate this mentality. Formed in 2010, the band blends a high-level of friendly guitar strumming with inviting vocals and agreeable rhythm accompaniments, creating music that's easy to listen to. And as more people listen to the Brazilian band's music, their conceptions about the South American nation will hopefully change.
