Part of the burgeoning Halifax hip hop scene, Wordburglar distinguishes himself from the pack by being lyrically as much of a stand-up comedian as he is a poet. Born Sean Jordan, Wordburglar packs his rhymes full of of left-field pop culture references delivered with a wordy, complex flow. Most of his beats fall squarely in the realm of early 1990s minimalism and are created by his crews, Backburner and Props Department. In addition to rapping, Jordan is also a member of the sketch comedy troupe I Hope It's Potatoes.
